I hardly could tell what my degree is by modern education degree scale. Higher than master of science, but lower than PhD if judge by years in university. But it is unclear does one year in university in the end of previous century is equal to one year today. Also, may be, my graduation thesis could be easily pass as PhD thesis now. And so on. I'm officially an engineer along that, but f.e. in US, f.e. I'll have to do some additional useless bureaucracy shit to get a right to name myself engineer.

So he declared once (or show fake diploma) that he have some degree of education to do something that by law could be done only if he have a degree, and was sued for that, but he didn't even went to colledge? That's the whole story?
