This is overt judicial over reach. They so angry they aren't dictators and there's multiple branches by design. Court packing is their fall back but i suspect they may challenge that (assuming GOP Isn't completely worthless and compromised)
You nailed it. Checks and Balances aren't even taught in schools. The Civil Rights Movement is censored heavily. When I was in school we watched materials that made me cry. These days, they do everything to teach the Constitution is bad, and skip showing why it's good.
