The fundamental problem is plant based burgers are worse. They're ultra processed junk food full of chemical supplements. The saturated fats haven't gone anywhere. In fact those burgers contain far more sodium.
There is also the very concerning problem plants don't bind to your red blood cells like meats. Yes they contained more fibre, but where is any lacking vitamins, they're sooner in additives and supplements.

There is nothing wrong with saturated fat or at least there is no remotely convincing evidence they are harmful. In fact, it's most likely healthier than unsaturated fat simply because it's chemically stable.
Plant oils are mostly unsaturated, and they get oxidized so fast, that's why seed oils are toxic, and junk foods are "junk". You can see how seed oils produce way more aldehydes compared to lard here (look at table 3).
It's not laughable. Palm oil is good, because it's mostly saturated. Plant oils are eventually mostly unsaturated. You're getting it the other way around. It really doesn't matter much though because plant based = low fat high carb.
If you really think saturated fat is bad, you should go vegan or avoid meat/fat/egg for the most part because animal fats are saturated.
Again, it's not additives and chemicals which make junk food junk. It's seed oils and ultra processed carbs. Potato chips should be a clean food by your definition, even though they are clearly not due to aldehyde rich seed oils and acrylamid (produced by heated up carb).

Humanity has been cooking meat for millions of years, and wild raw meat is full of parasites even if it’s from herbivores. I personally doubt our digestive system is optimized for raw meat. Also, ancient fruits are basically vegetables, modern fruits are way too high in sugar.
