Ofcourse it is inside reality. The fact our conception of reality excludes the mental should make it clear one of the main problems of it.
If it has a relation to us it is real. If 2 universes existed separately each wouldn't exist to the other as relation establish reality. Infact it is impossible for us to even grasp non existence, because the moment you think of those 2 universes you have established a relation between them in your mind.
How many non existing worlds are not existing TO us, but exist in themselves? Likely infinite. We sure are (not) one to them, too.
Much like there is one copy of a finite number of things in your room right now, but there are zero copies of infinite things, always.
