"trannish" is a term for soft tissue one gender, skeletal the other. She is not transitioned transgender. She is born female with male skeletal features. Wide jaw, long neck, long arms, big hands, straight clavicles, skull shape, wide spaced down sloping eyes, Q angle and gait. Every female you see, hear and read it.
