I agree that most people who usually refute fall earth and call others names never really understand perspective or usually just make many false assumptions. And they are on the side of the majority so they feel empowered. And yes, we all get fed all sorts of lies when we grow-up: Big bang, evolution, germ theory, Einstein's relativity are all lies.
In regards to the video you linked. Stars on a dome are not the same as crepuscular rays, dots are not lines.
you will also notice that when he tries to explain crepuscular rays he switches to the standard map instead of the flat earth map (minute 3:00) and then by minute 4:20, he makes the complete switch to a globe earth model to explain the clockwise and anti clockwise direction. He basically rotates the dome 90 degrees to explain the clockwise/anti-clockwise which breaks the whole flat earth map model. But he has done the whole thing in such a clever way that I doubt if the creator of this channel is himself simply mistaken or if he is doing it intentionally.
If you want to test for yourself why it is not possible for the stars to have different rotations in a flat earth model and at the same time also see why at the current distances we have, the sun will not appear to set the way it appears to in the ocean and test for yourself the altitude of the sun you can download and install a free 3D software called blender. It will take sometime to learn its basics. The difficult part is also in choosing the Untis you will use. For example I did this long time ago and forgot the units I used, But you can try 1 unit = 1 km or 1unit = 10 km or something and you can test with placing a sphere as the sun, and some water waves and see how the sun would move and appear when traveling away 5,000km. You get the idea
You can also test with rotating a dome with sphere on its inside.
I picked the clockwise, anti-clockwise thing and sun altitude because I know specifically that no one can go around it easily.
Apparent sun hot-spots are specular reflections with translucence and are not hot-spots, basically the same way how a mirror would reflect the sun as a small cricle, or a car body would reflect the sun as a small circle. Clouds are special because they not only reflect light but also absorb it and refract it.
