This is obviously a huge fraud and the only way out seems to demand Common Law Jurisdiction in Court.

Have you never looked into this? Goodness part timer! One of the most interesting topics in more recent history. Ties into land ownership, taxation, and pretty much every aspect of modern day life and its all based off of wordcraft, legalise, and licensing scams.
It’s the kind of thing people get made fun of for quoting in court rooms and as they get arrested.
