guy talks about remote viewing and psychic abilities, pretty interesting. sort of 'men who stare at goats' type of stuff. he seemed a bit connected to the military industrial state, so got some glowie vibes. on the other hand, i've personally experienced some weird stuff in this area, so hard to totally discount it. i'm sure if these powers exist tho, tptb would muddy the waters and lead people into delusion.
