An interference pattern is produced when “one” “wave” “interacts with” “another” “wave”.
This is seen in Light and Shadow, Sound and Silence, Water and Shore.
Let’s expand the “metaphor” of sound - we can have incredibly complex sounds which are made up of sub-tones, which are themselves complex patterns of sound, capable of both inter-acting and intra-acting.
What in tarnation does this have to do with “Astrology”?
I use to think astrology was akin to “throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks”, until one day I found a post recommending people try for themselves and check the results without having made up your mind before hand:

Try to find your hour of birth, as best as possible (asking a family member or checking a document if you can - give em a hug and tell em you love them while you’re at it, if you can).
I can’t guarantee your result, but I can say I personally was blown away by the degree of insight. Seeing put to words what had been acted out over decades, appearing, up until that point to have been - I suppose - “unique” and “non-archetypal”. I try quite hard to be rational in my pursuits (though obviously no one is perfect, we all have our blind spots) - yet I was forced to admit, internally and now sometimes externally, what appears to be a valid core “science” or “technology” at play in what today is broadly labeled astrology.
Looking at it from that perspective, I can see it appearing as a “local reverberation” of a cosmic pattern or cycle, interacting with our own “patterns” of life. The tone of this reverberation is unimaginably complex, layer upon layer upon layer of sub-tones and sub-frequencies stacked one upon the other. Some of the tones are from the earth, and life upon it, and you, and your family, and your ancestors, and the communities in which each sub-tone established itself. And also, there are cosmic tones which commingle with our own. I think that is what astrology attempts to “map out” for humanity.
If you’ve ever read LoTR, you might see some overlap in Tolkien’s image of Creation:

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and they shall serve as signs and for seasons, and for days and years;
Maybe try to have her recall the events leading up - where/when did she realize the delivery was coming, when did she get the the hospital, did she wait a long time before delivery or not - as I understand it, basically every mom in delivery gets pumped up with drugs like pain killers and muscle relaxants (not to mention the insane flood of endogenous chemicals and emotional effects!), so no one can fault them for not having perfect recall! That’s one reason why telling our stories is so important!
Even without the hour of birth, I think you’re likely to find some astounding insights, though of course they must be of equal or lesser accuracy than with the specificity of birth hour
