I talked with his surgeon, an Austrian doctor by the name of Frankenstein. Joe had unsuccessfully gone to a place called Oz, seeking a brain. They turned him down. So Joe went to Europe. Due to an unfortunate error, Joe was given a brain marked 'Abby Normal'.
