This is a good summary of many of the arguments FOR (but not against) one era of Atlantis having been at the Eye of Sahara. Well done.
There are many arguments against this Eye of Sahara location. Details of these are scattered amongst many books, but can be also found in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-S06VgA9xE
However, as Marco M. Vigato, a researcher who has spent much more time on Atlantis than the OP video author (Bright Insight), shows: Atlantis went most likely through several cycles, had several cataclysms, and after every cataclysms Atlanteans moved to another location. So, the Sahara Richat Structure could be one of the (latter) locations of the remnants of Atlantis (as some details/ some timelines / some maps / some narratives match this location - whereas others do NOT). This is detailed in Vigato's book "Empires of Atlantis", and you can find a summary in the the following video presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEDkqKOPgPo
So yes and no. They eye of Sahara as probably A location of ONE of the LATER Atlantean civilizations, but not the original nor the only one.
You have to read Vigato's book for more details and proof.
Whether Atlantis or not the azores likely used to be above sea level and were likely known by ancient explorers. How many other areas currently below sea level used to be habitable?
Not really a conspiracy, but I'll bite.

I love this theory, definitely my top preference for Atlantis
