Maybe that's why Joe Biden decided to avoid visiting the area. Or, his handlers decided it's too dangerous for an old man in his condition. Maybe he/they are not only concerned about the water, but also the air he would undoubtedly have to breathe in East Palestine. It would like un-Presidential to have him give a speech tied to an oxygen tank.
