There's a framework that that I kind of see shaping up in the following way:
For decades, the propaganda theme was consistently, "blacks are oppressed and victims". Then we finally got, "blacks are overlooked and underrepresented, and must be elevated and celebrated". Now, as you say, very quickly there's an emerging theme of, "blacks are criminals and naturally violent". The only thing is, they're still running with the first two themes also.
This makes no sense. When programming, you have to hammer the theme constantly and consistently. And as best exemplified by all the censorship, counter-programming must be extinguished.
So what are we seeing? What I'm guessing is this: when the first thing you do doesn't work, you do a second thing. When that doesn't work, you do a third. When none of them work, you do all three. What's there to lose? Maybe something will finally break your way and you can get back on track.
So I believe what we're witnessing is that Their racial "divide and rule" scheme is breaking down.
