So what was the thread title supposed to imply if not doubt that Venice is sinking?
Do you deny that Venice is sinking?
To prove that you CAN click on links and that you have in fact read them. I need for you to examine the following quote for accuracy and correct it:
All you have to do, is copy and paste the original text as a reply.
Sometimes a thread title invites you to think about it. That is how this thread title works. Have you still not clicked on the link? Are you not allowed to for some reason?
Why would I need to deny something this baffling? The elevation of Venice is 3 feet. The ocean has somehow receded more than that. I don't need to explain to you that this makes no sense. Especially when we were told the ocean levels were predicted by Al Gore to have risen 20 feet by ten years ago.
It makes perfect sense if you had bothered to inform yourself anout the cause for this low water level.
So you are denying that Venice is sinking despite measurable evidence for it being readily available
That is baffling.
It's elevation is 3 feet. It's elevation has always been 3 feet.

In short this is "high water season" and the water supplied BY THE OCEAN is now down 3 feet, on an island that is only 3 feet high, because of tides and climate change.
How does an ocean level even change like that without the land mass not having deformed and have been pushed upwards from the sea bed?
A seasonal change in ocean level? Where does the water even come from? Makes sense on a crater earth model, but not on a planet as we currently understand it.
