it was all fake... she is obviously part of some intelligence agency... senor trump has barely mentioned her...
its all fake.. i wish i could find the video with the commentary... they break it down really well.. but i think it was memoryholed by bitchute... even they said "we cant have this..."

If pressure was put on wound they could have mitigated blood loss.
I think your theory is plausible. There does seem to be very little blood. Also, it's hard to believe officer would shoot her if other officers are directly behind her. and if she has officers directly behind her, they could have just restrained her without deadly force.
That footage was reviewed shortly after it happened and shared on TheDonald two years ago. There are many things about the footage that seem strange and acted.
I guess what I am arguing is that it wasn't entirely fake. They tricked lots of real people to show up and unwittingly participate in what may have been a planned or staged psy-op.
