a) suggesting in the name of others (one qui vicem gerit) represents a VICE, noun [Latin vitium.] - "a habit of transgressing; duplicity; deception; intemperance"

b) ones consent allows the suggestions of others to invade ones mind and a life of vice is rarely a solitary invader; it usually brings with it a frightful train of followers...
