This guys gets it. I’ve been intermittent fasting for a long time (decades) and sometimes do an occasional 24-48 hour fast if my body wants me to. Don’t eat if you aren’t hungry. Fast to control your appetite. Eats lots of clean meat. That’s it.
I would also add copious amounts of organic green tea and daily oil pulling. Do alternating brisk walks and weight training. Then watch the fatties stare at you with jealousy hoping their girls don’t come molest you. And they’ll try. You’re welcome.

Good stuff. The best I ever feel is when I fast from 6pm to noon next day. I'm going to have to give that a try again.
