I hate to throw cold water on anyone's ideas concerning Roswell, so if you like what you got, stop reading now.

Okay then... It was a hoax put on by the government. Just think it through a little bit starting at this announcement. Do you believe Lt. Haut just decided on his own it was a good idea to make it, or was he ordered?

If you think he was ordered to, by who? And after the big storm erupted, what happened to that person? You'd think his career would be destroyed. Was it?

And if he didn't suffer but was rather rewarded, does that not strongly suggest it was in return for his help in this plan (and others)?

I don't disagree. I suspect most ~~conspiracy-theorists~~ coincidence-denialists ultimately come to the same conclusions.

I sort of lean towards Roswell was TPTB prepping the ground in case whatever/whoever kicked Byrd's ass during Highjump (the previous year) started showing up in U.S airspace. imho, the public would be more controllable if it thought flying saucers were from outerspace instead of Vril.
