The world-dominationists want all peasants sick, weak, and dumb so that they have no choice but to rely on their governments.

This is a nice little cycle: take the vaxx "to end Covid", get sick so you can't work, go on government support, then get the vaxx again to stay on government support.

Part is this is depopulation, sure, but that really comes later as birthrates drop catastrophically.

Another aspect is putting people under the yoke of their leaders, and making them forget who is actually supposed to be in charge.
