Generally speaking, when there's an E-4B in the air something is going on.
It just depends on what that something might be.
That reminds me… I still have it bookmarked, how about that… there’s a shortwave radio website where you can listen in to just about everything, and there’s a U.S. military channel for coded information on there. The most important troop movements and activities are announced with messages beginning “SKYKING SKYKING, DO NOT ANSWER.” Four repeats of SKYKING SKYKING means “US actively at war” with one, two, and three being various levels of importance up to that. We hit 3 on a few messages during the early stages of the Syria bullshit when it looked like the US would overtly intervene, but never 4.
