I posted this on r/highstrangness, but basically didn't get much interaction.
This comment by u/hotmailer was interesting, but not really my focus : The Tribe of Dan as far as I understand are the Danes and by extension the Swedes and Norwegians etc
Through their migration we get such names as the Danube (Dan's river) and finally Danmark (Dan's land).
I don't know where this nephilim thing gets added on though.
I think there's a Torah thing that says the Messiah will come from them, or supported by them.

Below is a cut and paste of my thread:
This entire page following is an interesting read. But this thread is about this specific paragraph.
According to James Casbolt the NSA has implemented a plan to track down the descendent's of the Nephilim or the lost "Tribe of Dan". Apparently they called this operation "Project Oaktree". This doesn't seem like a far fetched project for the NSA to take on due to the fact tracking and monitoring large groups of people is what this agency does.
But, I wasn't able to find a project oaktree anywhere. This topic always interests me, I had rhesus syndrom with my youngest son. It wasn't fun.

These questions came from the following older thread I read last week. I looked briefly, and then fell asleep. But, all the links both alive or dead were left open in my browser. I thought I'd share here since we recently had thread's about multiple topics that come up in the first link.

The focus of this thread was how Project Oaktree completely disappeared. But, maybe the article I found it in had too many keywords allowing too many rabbit holes for everyone's interests. It's a great read if a bit lengthy. But, when you're done come back to, " Project Oaktree" for me.
I’m still reading. So Project Oaktree started out being Project Anvil, and this ties into the 12 lost tribes, specifically- the tribe of Dan as mentioned.
For some reason I’m wanting to hear some Mauro Biglino as he discusses what he says are the true Biblical translations, which he says tells the history of only one of them (a watcher), not all of them. Or that’s what I heard he talks about, as I haven’t been down that rabbit hole but want to go. Very ancient-aliens-type-stuff, but he walks through the various translations going back millennia- and the varying tribes of the watchers is talked about, but with the POV being from the tribe of YHWH.
(Some crazy chick on GA used to rant about it all the time in the comments on GA- not sure if she’s still there or not.)
Anyway- this makes me think of the tribe of Dan, and I cannot get the term genetic memory out of my mind. Since I first heard that term maybe 20 years ago, I knew it was real. And our kid never had to be told twice re the implications of having negative Rhesus factor- she never questioned it once. Not saying that’s a genetic memory, but is was and still is real. Also remember her being a very very little girl, and was supposed to a 3hr/3day a week church preschool, but all she did was scream bloody murder every day- as she had never been around people that much. (And we didn’t go to church.)
All of us (the teachers and us parents) were about ready to give up, and the youth pastor stopped by as she was screaming yet again to not be given over to the teachers. He walked up and held out his arms, and the screaming stopped instantly and she went to him. So here we had two fiery redheads just looking at each other, not saying a word, and 10 completely bewildered adults, including myself- just left standing with their mouth open.
At first glance, it was just like “well she found another redhead (with a fiery beard, too)”, but then it was like wow, she really just found another redhead. She was maybe only about 18 months old- I’m not completely sure she even knew herself in a mirror yet. If she did, I doubt the full concept of it was not yet formed.
And almost 30 years later…. that still sits in my mind like a rock. She connected with that man bc of how he looked, but didn’t even know what she looked like herself. (Now it is true that I have red hair and my dad did, too- but mine is more auburn and his was white, by the time she knew him.)
I can almost guarantee every person there still remembers that moment, and I know that then young man does. (Screaming/crying had been happening for weeks, and even if her mom left- the child still never stopped crying for the whole three hours- so this was last ditch effort to get together and admit that it wasn’t working and withdraw her.)
Then magic firehead man shows up, and everything is instantly and completely rewritten, no questions asked. And he was not a large guy, so I don’t think it was security issue. He was quite small, actually. Not especially great looking, either, but clean cut and well-polished. We have three other children, and kids do weird stuff- but this stands out among all of them. At the time it was only her and her oldest sister, who has blonde hair and blue eyes- so she wasn’t seeing that in her sister, either.
I also wonder what the purpose of -Rh could be. Was it a crude method to keep survival of the fittest? Population control? A missing link for one tribe? Disadvantages are obvious, but what could be advantages?
It’s endlessly fascinating.
Halfway through reading maniquin, I realized this has something to do with indigo children. Idk if the government can create indigo children. While the read was more biographical in nature than I prefer, it still has a paragraph or so on Project Oaktree. I considered this whole I was reading. Idk what more I'm looking for, but it's odd that there isn't pages and pages like the other projects.
