The universe is multidimensional. Each atom has an entire universe in it and in that universe, each atom has another universe in it and on and on it goes for infinity.
I won't even go into the purpose of it all but the term "as above so below" means that the higher level universes effect the lower level universes in subtle ways. For example, if all my atoms have universes in them, that means the way I take care of my mind and body has some kind of subtle effect on all the universes embedded in my atoms.
So for physics to be able to properly measure something, it would need a machine that can measure an infinite amount of happenings at the same time.
It's very possible that the deep state uses this knowledge to effect the lower level happenings by effecting the higher level happenings. Their technology is over 100 years more advanced than what we see so who knows what they have back there. If anyone wants to find out, their tech is held at the JASON group within the Council Of Foreign Relations.

b) if ATOM (no division), then MOTA (division)...
MACHINE, noun [Latin machina.] - "an artificial work"; from ARTIFI'CIAL, adjective - "in opposition to natural"...what if natural (need), then artificial (want)?
