Reagan was most likely involved with MKUltra. The Haight-Ashbury clinic was opened the same year he became governor. It was a honey pot for CIA experiments. He had to know what was going on there. Much like Clinton was given the presidency for all cocaine to be flown into AR, Reagan was made president for this. Then Bush Sr. tried to have him killed but failed.
