If "Russia, Russia, Russia" is really the case, than, it could be the most efficient udercover operation in the world. For only equivalent of $30 paid by that journalist (perpetuator somehow didn't have $30 to pay for city approval of performance?) with telling surname, Russia effectively neutralised an attempt of Sweden and Finland join NATO.
