im gonna say something. there is something to eating good high quality cuts of raw meat.
esp when I work out a lot during the day eating something like a sushi tray feels WAY better to my body than eating say even fried or baked chicken.
but i hurt myself and go beyond like an athlete. im small and output strength of a man twice my size while also sustaining high speed and agility.
so i can tell the difference with what i eat at work and how it powers me. if you burn energy and build muscle a lot, fat is a WAY better source of actual food.
because guess what. animal fat IS food to us. because we are animals. and you ARE what you eat. and we arent soy beans are we?

Athletes have higher metabolism. They synthesis more protein. It would be reasonable to think that they might make a larger dose of spike than fat old people that barely do enough protein synthesis to grow hair.
Those who seek modern natural medicine do pay above average attention to their health, but even then that seems amazing and unlikely -- also considering it is Canada. Sounds fake to me also.
There are private doctors that work for organizations. NFL players aren't going to the same doctor that random people are. Even their GP's are a closed network.
