It is a person who it should NOT be. The bottom photo is the famous scaffold commander guy who was egging on the January 6 protestors to "move forward and go inside". The FBI claims they cannot identify him.

The top photo is a left wing journalist of all people. There is an older thread on twitter that is linked from this one where another person plays their voices for comparison. Same Midwest accent too.
