Why would the elite want a cashless society? Cash enables them to hide transactions and avoid taxes.
More plausibly, they don't want you pulling all your money out of Wells Fargo or Etrade, or whatever shit company you save your money in.

Not really, just saying a bank run won't change anything. Wealth measured in currency is meaningless, they already own it.
While they already own it, are you also saying that bank runs would cause zero damage?

I think that the people under assault will be the ones to carry the brunt of the negative impacts, as per the course and the plan. Each change brings adjustment for everyone and some positions will fare better than the rest.
Short term, perhaps. But isnt that where we're at? Otherwise, it's more slow boil ad nauseum
