I remember seeing a documentary a while back about the civilians trying to get EPA help to regulate how the army was disposing of toxic munitions after the number of cancer cases exploded in the city. There was a big billboard on the main road in Hawthorne that advertised medical support for people suffering from cancer. It reminded me of the documentary, and that the citizens of this country are all disposable.
