Are they testing how far they can go? Or are they prepping for new hoax pandemics next year or years later? New injections?
I can't make much sense of it, your thoughts on it are much appreciated.

They tried to limit experts for a long time but slowly restarted then when they became a national security issue for them with literally thousands of tankers blocking their naval routes
