I'm a Raelian and a Bill Cooper fan, and nowhere in my memory have I heard or read him mention Raelism. You need a better source than Behold a Pale Horse (not in there) and every interview he's ever given.
Raelians don't worship aliens, and we believe that humanity needs to evolve into a global culture WITHOUT MONEY OR CURRENCY of any kind – digital or otherwise. We believe in individualism and in preserving and exalting humanity. The "deep state" is very much at odds with those ideals.
The commies kept/keep their money too and hoarded it at the top, in a more concentrated way than capitalist countries. As long as there is currency, it's going to be issued by human beings who control it to their benefit.

Sounds fishy to me. I mentioned it once on Twitter and had shills attack me instantly.
I would like to think it's because Raelians hold truth in the highest regard. That's generally what shills go after.
