It's 100% about control

a) which power represents control...velocity (inception towards death) or resistance (life)?

b) what if 100 represents "whole" (process of dying), while % aka per cent (by sense) represents each "partial" (living)? Could then suggested 100% tempt the partial within the whole to count within a controlled environment by others?

c) if all represents 1 in energy; then where does the 0 come from? Can you describe to me the difference between 1 and 0 within perceivable nature?
