Visible observations are part of science. Sometimes they have more impact than the current "scientific" explanation.
Agreed. He was also not proving anything. Just giving observation, evidence, and speculation. Evolution, relativity, and big bang are all THEORIES just like this video.
Visible observations using one's own eyes... Quite powerful
I would assume wavelengths VISIBLE to the human eye. How hard do we have to think about this?
In your opinion, yes XD
In my option, I do have a clue. What else would you like to attack me for?
Hmm, I haven't thought about the temperature of the sun, that's interesting. What is your speculation on the sun's location? I can't decide if it is under the firmament, inside the firmament, or outside the firmament, or some combination because it's height above earth seems impossible to measure (perhaps because it's not the same for different observers). Perhaps viewing the sun through the firmament distorts it's location, just like looking at objects through water. This might make it impossible to accurately measure.
RETARDED.
Most of the estimates I've heard are the sun is 32 miles wide and 3000 miles up. But like you said it looks right there at 130k feet. This is why I think it's not 3000 miles up even if some people got in that ballpark with trigonometry. In any case, it's definitely not 93 million miles away lmao.
Vid reminded me of our convo, just interesting visuals.

Do the moon next!
It sure doesn’t help us determine what the sun is or where the power for it comes from - but i do find observations like this very interesting and compelling.
In any case, we can be certain the “giant flaming fart in the sky” theory is nothing but hot air.
