I was discussing this same oddity with my friend today. Some random conspiracy theorist saying how bad politicians are decides to shoot up a grocery store or bar. When was the last time you heard of an American politician being shot by a "conspiracy nut"? I find it very odd that people who are mad at the system take their rage out on innocent people instead of the ones they think are causing all of our problems.
