Unlike most of the USA, i take care of myself and eat right, and as a result, i rarely get sick. When i AM getting sick, i can feel it and can stop it. Kratom does wonders for one's immune system. That's a fact.
Also, for all of you plant medicine haters out there, another thing that I've been doing since i was a late teenager is when i feel the cold just starting to come on, ill drink a whole bottle of Robitussin DM and the next day, you wake up with a really nice afterglow and NO COLD. YMMV but I've done it many, many times.
