Nah, he’s not.
Who gives a shit.
He’s suing Twitter, so his council has probably simply told him to stop posting and he has to come up with a “cover” for why he’s stopping.

I think you have to do due diligence before buying a company. You are still liable for past actions, debt even if you are the new owner. Otherwise companies would dump sludge into your backyard, then sell to partner company, and start again.
