Artemis is Hecate, dark goddess of magic. Hecate is also disguised in "Statue of Liberty" which bears the classic headwear of the goddess.

The bowling pin headwear is related to Marduk/Baal (aka Satan), it's also present in the snake-loving logo of a famous psyop event.
