This article got me looking at the map. In short, I think this is the new border for Kherson Oblast, they have relented to giving up Kherson city, and call the border at the river. I expect the city, or province, will be renamed within the year.

Putin invaded Ukraine to stop America from setting up nukes right next to them, which makes Ukraine/NATO the instigators. If Putin leaves now they'll just go on with their original plan to nuke Russia from inside Ukraine.
