Really nobody care about Ukraine, because it is a LARP state. Nor Russians, nor West. Everything is depending on the script that West and Russia follow.

And yeah, the idea wasn't the victory, but just war for the sake of war.

Exactly. The way this war is going is completely absurd if you think that it is a war between two rivals.
