Yeah, but is it really possible to poison only one type of fish?

The people in hazmat suits seem to indicate that it is a dangerous toxin.... so will it stay in the ecosystem or harm people interacting in the environment?

Obviously, people didn't wear hazmat suits during covid. So this is more dangerous than spreading covid.
