It's a really simple concept. Liquids and gasses posses low friction against the surface of the earth.
Radiation from the sun alone would cause enough atmospheric friction to slow the Earth's rotation. Where did the rotational energy even come from, and how does it continue?
Honestly, You don't ask yourself Questions? You don't ever wonder how or why this is?
