I think there is some likely of this. I know that Google blocks some valid emails from me, and some of my emails from other people. If it is not deliberate, then their spam filters are malfunctioning and harming people. But I think it is because of some of what I say in emails that is not unlawful but is anti globalist.
That is possibly how you have configured your DNS settings.
You need to block you domain from being used to spam is you need to typically go through a trust MX....and you likely need a fixed IP.
I was able to send and receive emails for a while when I was self hosting and it was not a problem with being received. It was usually getting the emails as I had to watch storage, avoid my IP getting shifted as I was not fixed and I needed ddns
