Is it really dark magic or is just the laws of the earth?

a) Light (comprehension of perceivable inspiration) + Dark (ignorance of perceivable for suggested information) aka need (perceivable) or want (suggested)...your free will of choice.

b) MAG'IC, noun - "the art or science of putting into action the power of spirits" aka

• ART (artificially suggested information)

or

• SCIENCE (Latin scio; to know; to perceive aka natural perceivable inspiration)

"putting into action" requires self discernment of being reaction (living) within enacting (process of dying); hence in need to adapt aka SPIR'IT, noun [Latin spiritus, from spiro, to breathe, to blow. The primary sense is to rush or drive.]

Perhaps they are misled

This represents the only direction (inception towards death); everyone within (life) needs to resist the temptation of it. Those who ignore to resist the perceivable natural order, are being tempted by others to follow suggested orders , hence going with the ongoing flow (process of dying) instead of sustaining their temporary form (living).

They perhaps believe because they get results

The few suggest outcome orientation (progressivism) to tempt the many to ignore the need to resist (living) origin (process of dying).

Choice exist at the center of perceivable balance (need/want); others tempt choice off center with suggested imbalance (want vs not want). It represents each ones response-ability (choice) to balance in-between need (perceivable inspiration) and want (suggested information)...not fighting among others about the meaning of suggested information.
