I would not expect YouTube to allow you to make those accusations against a person in video comments without being able to substantiate your claims. You made it sound like they intercepted your private messages.

It looked like the car was parked somewhere with music playing and a hand with painted nails gesturing to the license plate. The guy's first name was in the video description.

Where are you getting that this guy is one of the people you described? How did you stumble upon it anyway?
