Think of the sanitation, feeding, watering, and noise that 100,000 kids in cages would make.

Well, I think its dumb but with that being said.

There is a reason they wanted to put labs in the ocean and on the dark side of the moon.

Deep underground seems like your next best option if you dont want any prying eyes.
