There is really one question - does he really shut down Starlink for Ukraine, or not.

But in any case he sucks.

If he does - he suck a dick or just unreliable person who could be easily manipulated, so he just suck.

If he does not - it is his Starlink that sucks, since it could be easily jammed, so Musk sucks as engineer or engineers boss.
