There is a “conspiracy” that strange MAC addresses (layer 2 of network stack) is showing up on bluetooth scans (iphone/android/pc etc). This video feeds that theory.

Announcement was made in 2010 but feeds the “breakthrough discovery” of AI/transhuman conspiracy and mRNA vaxsheens.
