Solar doesnt last very long. The panels can break down and especially the batteries needed for energy storage. Hard to afford to replace all of that or service it if you cant buy or sell without a mark.. Edit: btw i also want to say i commend you for getting the house and land. I just literally did the same but 1.3 acres with my woman no kids. Because of everything happening. Im just being real about it. Its pretty grim for us, house or not.
