Martin Luther King would be rolling in his grave. R.I.P. People who tap into humanity's potential for love and peace, (like JFK as well) always end up occupying the same space as a bullet for some random reason.
People who praise hate and anger seem to get all the airtime.
What makes me sad/frustrated/angry, is people are dumb enough to fall for it. Just another rich mans trick in his toolbox....
You ever wonder why the only thing you see is MLK Quotes? People should take the time read some of his speeches, there is a reason millions of people were behind him.
"This note was a promise that all men — yes, Black men as well as white men — would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
This is what my ancestor's fought for. Not for the right for black people to burn down white people's home's and business's in "peaceful protest's". Disgusting.
I feel that Martin Luther King would agree with me.
"The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny."
I may not be black, but as an Appalachian who has only known loss, poverty, and suffering. I feel I have more to relate with the black community's than I do mainstream society.

How can you say the statement “white lives matter is racist” while simultaneously defending blm as not racist. Cognitive dissonance is real.

Check out some Thomas Sowell when you have the time. He'll explain how it's not about white or black. It's about poor/ghetto vs. not.
YT short talking about it
His own YT channel puts out really good shorts.
"Be sure to drink your ovaltine."
Hm that's weird. I assumed it was just a grill but you're right.
