Yes this is real. There are a lot of high earners that are highly educated but lack any practical skills like money management. Also, buy everything on impulse.
170k would buy every car and truck I've ever owned. All of them.
Very real. I knew a woman who kept going to school while working her office job, to defer payments on student loans.
She eventually had a doctorate of business administration, for whatever that's worth.
Of coarse she only would drive Porsches.
