It's interesting, the origin of this quote is somewhat mysterious, a bit like the Protocols of Zion. It is claimed as hoax rather vehemently all over the internet, so I had to look into if there is anything to it - I've not found the exact origin, but Estace Mullins quoted it, and Myron Fagan said Israel Cohen himself described it to him. But it is unclear if the title is a book title, a chapter title from some book, an article title, or whether the text is quoted from a book by Cohen or an article, essay or pamphlet. Cohen was a prolific writer, and somewhat oddly, wikipedia only gives a partial list of his published works. I'm going to look more into this, but I'll drop some links from various sources where I found alternative info about the quote beyond the hoax screeching of wikipedia and others:

(edit: BTW for those reporting OP for "illegal content" the above link is the text from the image in print in the congressional record, as quoted from June 7th, 1957)

Fabricated quotes are retrofitted to "line up with everything going today" as a feature, not as coincidence.

It's interesting, the origin of this quote is somewhat mysterious

What if the living aren't INTER (within) REST (cessation of motion), but within the ever changing momentum of ongoing motion (process of dying); hence form (life) originating out of flow (inception towards death)?

What if willingly ignoring perceivable origin for suggested "interest" gives those suggesting it the power to keep it a MYS'TERY, noun [Latin mysterium; Greek; a secret) - "hidden; shut off; concealed" ?

An ongoing base for temporary ingredients who can be tempted to ignore the perceivable (inspiration) for the suggested (information); hence building their own affixed foundation (words) onto a moving system (sound); while wondering why everything collected keeps falling apart over and over again, and why their assumed adversaries can't be pinpointed with branded accusations; while they themselves are burdened with any brand suggested to them to reason (conflict) among each other about the constantly changing meaning thereof.

It is claimed

What can the temporary (living) within the ongoing (process of dying) seek to obtain (claim) that isn't already offered (perceivable)?

vehemently

  • VE'HEMENT, adjective [Latin vehemens.] - "violent; acting with great force; urgent"

What is more violent...the process of dying (enacting) or those living within (reacting)? Doesn't the process of dying urges the living to resist the temptation of dying?

I've not found the exact origin

a) the origin of suggested words represents perceivable sound

b) you represent the reacting EXpression (living) within the enACTing (process of dying).

c) suggested nothing (not) tempts one to ignore the perceivable foundation (everything)

protocols

Notice that a century later; the many are still trying to affirm the text as a fact to judge the behavior of the few; while ignoring to adapt to the perceivable behavior of the few as suggested within the text.

Now set the few aside; look at suggested religious scriptures spanning "alleged" millennia and notice the same modus operandi of ignorance among the many. Show me one suggested word that represents a "fact"; usable to judge the perceivable behavior of others, which isn't endlessly reasoned about?

FACT, noun [Latin factum, from facio, to make or do.]...the process of dying "makes"; those living within represent RE (respond to) MAKE (being made); the process of dying "does"; those living within are being "done" by.

So, this is your painful and exhaustive way of admitting that the quote isn't real? Thanks, anyone with two brain cells already knew that.

don't be so sure that you have more than 2 brain cells. The image of the text is real, it's a direct copy of the scan of the congressional record from 1957.

The image of the text from the "congressional record" is simply Abernathy's recitation of the Mullins forgery. That doesn't make it any more legit, which I know must be heartbreaking for you.

"congressional record"

not sure of the purpose of your inverted commas, it is the congressional record for June 7th 1957 ie. what people said in congress, transcribed.

As to legitimacy, you apparently place faith in the legitimacy of what anonymous wikipedia editors and the ADL write, despite a lack of evidence. Me, I remain open-minded - I've not seen anything that certainly confirms who wrote the quote originally or where it came from.
